We are looking for a Junior Back-End Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.

After at least 3+ years of experience in backend development, you want to transform big visual ideas into flawless functionality. You’re passionate about learning from your coworkers, improving your skills, and communicating your choices to the internal team in a persuasive and compelling manner. Finally, you’re a geek about process, streamlining and sharpening how you approach complex visual problems in order to always do better next time and share your favorite tactics and insights with your colleagues.
Essential Job Functions:
Much of your work at PayKickstart will be assisting the more senior level developers and contributing to improve on the features and functionality of the existing application. You will work alongside talented and diverse designers, front-end developers, and programmers. Don’t rule yourself out if you don’t have ALL the skills and experience we mention.
